Almost time to Start Planting

The snow is almost gone and we'll be planting soon. Our first crops in will be beets (new), onions, kale (new), leaf lettuce, spinach & sugar snap peas. We're also planning to have lettuce bowls and tomato baskets at the farmstand and Chelsea market this year too. We will be at both the Wednesday and Saturday Chelsea farm markets and can hardly wait! The farmers market will open in early May but we're thinking we probably won't have crops ready until early June... Come'on spring!
