We're Growing!

Everything is looking really good! We’ve been enjoying fresh spinach, lettuce & radishes and soon we’ll have beans, peas, squash & broccoli! I expect next week a few squash will be ready and the beans & peas will follow right behind. We’re really surprised on how well some or our veggies are coming along… I’ve don’t think I’ve ever had a true fresh potato or red onion but this is going to be the year. Our potatoes are flowering and all our onions look fabulous.OOh! And I forgot to mention the tomatoes…. we’ll have plenty for all with the 160+ plants Farmer Dave planted and plenty of variety too! Roma, Cherry, Better-Boy & Grape. They all look fantastic and should start producing soon.
