So we got a Tractor...

… and it’s SUPER CUTE! We’re calling it the “training tractor”. We found it on craigslist and had it shipped to us via U-Ship from New Jersey. It arrived in-tact with a bunch of implements too! Our haulers arrived at midnight and were anxious to see it run so Farmer Dave fired it up in the driveway… WHOA NELLY–that sucker took off! We decided to finish the maiden run in the daylight so we powered down for the night.

Farmer Dave attached the plow and “rake thing” and was able to till the entire strawberry patch. The bad news is that the chain has a little too much slack in it and broke as he completed his third dirt turn so Dutch and I had to tow him in with the golf cart (which was a pretty funny and entertaining site, I’m sure, for the neighbors that were watching). The good news is that we caught it all on camera for all to ENJOY!
